Edmond, his wife Armesia and two of their children are buried in the Weseman Cemetery Madge and Maude. Madge 1881, Pearl 1884 and Edas in Jan 1900. They had six children: Viola 1877, Arthur 1878, Maude 1880, Then there were several in 1921 and from then on the cemetery has been in continuous use.Įdmund and Armesia Weseman came from Minnesota with five of their children. There was one burial in each year of 1909, 1913, 19. The next burial was of William George, who died Feb 2, 1908. On May 3, 1900, the homestead being proved up and granted on April 10, 1907. The land little Violet Frazier was buried on was homesteaded by her grandparents Edmond and Armesia (Bullock) Weseman The first recorded burial in the Weseman Cemetery was of little Violet Frazier who died July 24, 1904. The Weseman Cemetery is located on the right side of Grangemont Road, at 2512 Grangemont Road. Travel through Orofino, then up a short grade, about 5.3 miles from the river bridge.
